Steve has lived in the Green District since 2004 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2014. He is married, has one son, two daughters and three grandchildren. Steve has worked in the water and wastewater industry since 1993 and has been with the Roseburg Urban Sanitary Authority (RUSA) since 1997. He has been employed as the Collection System Superintendent for RUSA since 2008. Steve served on the Green Sanitary District Board from 2015 to 2020 and served in the United States Army for 27 years before retiring in 2013.
Steve's experience working in the water/wastewater field and knowledge of the industry is a benefit to the Authority, the Board of Directors and to the Green community.
