To request public information and/or records, please complete the Public Information Records Request form, sign, and return to the office at 4336 Old Hwy 99 S, Roseburg, OR 97471.
All requests for information or copies of Authority records shall be submitted to the general manager for approval or response which will be pursuant to Green Area Water & Sanitary Authority’s (GAWSA) policy and Oregon Revised Statutes for requests, inspection, or copies of Authority records.
Green Area Water & Sanitary Authority is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Green Area Water & Sanitary Authority
