David began his employment in July 2016 as the Office Manager for Roberts Creek Water District.
David has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from CSU Chico. David's professional background includes eight years in public accounting as a CPA, where he worked as a financial statement auditor to several local municipalities. With his professional background and commitment to setting the standard of a true public servant, David believes that fiscal conservatism and financial transparency should be part of the core values of any public agency.
