United Community Action Network (UCAN) now offers financial assistance to low-income individuals with their water and sewer utilities. The Low Income Home Water Assistance program is administered through UCAN’s energy assistance department. Funds are available on a first come, first served basis, and will only be available through September 2023 or until funding is exhausted.
